    Hello PAN-M,

    please have a look at figure 2 in the data sheet. It shows the the typical shutdown current over VIN and temperature.

    Page 5 of the datasheet says 150nA at TA=60 degrees C and 70nA at TA=25 degrees C.
    But, I think figure 2 does not come to look like it.

    I thought that TPS82740 should refer to TPS62740.
    If this is correct, the maximum of ISD is 1000nA.
    But, this case is also mismatched with figure 2.
    As for the maximum of ISD, which is correct?

    The curve in figure 2 shows measurement results of a typical sample. Most samples will behave like this.
    The parameter ISD in the electrical characteristics of TPS62740 shows a guarantied maximum value. This means there could be also some samples which show this much higher shutdown current.
    Unfortunately such a guaranteed maximum value is not specified for TPS82740.
