TPS65930/20: Internal MADC input channels

Q: In TPS65930/20, are the internal MADC channels (ADCIN1, ADCIN8-ADCIN15)available for checking conversion values.

A: Yes, these are available, make sure you program the BCICTL register correctly. BCICTL1 register can be accessed for setting the correct values.

1. I can't find definition of BCICTL1 register in TPS65930/20 TRM. How to access the register?

2. In TPS65930 DM, ADCIN7 is muxed with PreDrive.right. But I can't find related description on TRM. Is ADCIN7 available?

3. Since ADCIN10 & ADCIN11 are BCI related, I think they're not available in TPS65930/20. Right?

Hi Antony,

1. For BCICTL1 you can refer to TPS65950 TRM. You can use the same register address.

2. ADCIN7 may not be available, I will confirm.

3. Yes.
