UCD90320: Proper SYNC_CLK pin termination if unused?

Part Number: UCD90320

Hello,

If I'm not using the SYNC_CLK pin on UCD90320 as an input (slave device) or output (multi-chip clock master), what is the proper way to terminate it? Can I leave it floating, or is it preferred to be pulled to GND through a resistor?

Thanks,

Jonathan
