Hi,

We have provided EVM to our customers and the following problems are constantly occurring during testing with EVM.

Attachments are data extracted for ID Selection and results from the TI website.

(ID Selection -> Calibration) I have tested the cycle twice and get the same result.

BAK_V525376_6400mAh_Calibration.zip

BAK_V525376_6400mAh-report.zip

We did normally when we learned 3200 mAh battery,
The following problem has been continuing in the 6400mAh battery learning.

please help for this.

I reviewed your files and i do not see anything obviously wrong. Can you try a different id on the list. 3302 which is the next best match and see if your issue is resolved.

There was a temporary issue with the database which caused reported error by the web-tool. It is now resolved, and your files package BAK_5F00_V525376_5F00_6400mAh_5F00_Calibration.zip now produce correct report in my testing. Please resubmit your zip file through the web-interface to get needed parameters.
