                                                                Bogey

  • Hi Bogey,

many thanks for your inquiry. We do have a next generation for TLV62065 and  TLV62080, which are respectively TLV62569 and TLV62568.

Below I have reported the comparison page (link and picture) where the main parameters are reported, including approximate pricing. Then for each of them, it will follow a general list of improvements of the new generation device compared to the ones formerly released.

    • TLV62065 vs TLV62569

    Main advantages of the TLV62569:

-less pinout count for easier layout

    -PG function device option

-two packages availabe: SOT-23 and SOT-563

-extended min Vout down to 0.6V (was 0.8 on the TLV62065)

-extended min Vin down to 2.5V (was 2.9 on the TLV62065)

-extended typical soft start for lower inrush currents

-lower typical Rsd-on for max efficiency up to 95% (was 90% on the TLV62065)

-wider range of output filter recommended values, for a better ripple/load transient specs fulfilment

    • TLV62080 vs TLV62568

    Main advantages of the TLV62568:

-less pinout count for easier layout

-PG function device option with improved functionality

-two packages availabe: SOT-23 and SOT-563

-extended typical soft start for lower inrush currents

-max efficiency up to 98% (was 93% on the TLV62080)

Since these are only the main differences, I would invite you to go through the datasheets and order our EVMs, according to the package and PG version you need.
