TPS2660: UVLO & OVP hysteresis

Hi,

We set UVLO threshold = 13.25V, OVP threshold = 17.44V. What is hysteresis under this condition? In the datasheet, the diagram shows 90mV. But in the paragraph, there is 1V for UVLO (15V) and 2V or OVP (33V).

Hi

90mV hysteresis is for 1.2V threshold voltage at UVLO and OVP pin.
This needs to be scaled according to the resistor network connected.

Hi Yee Yong,

For UVLO threshold of 13.25, hysteresis is 0.99V and for OVP threshold of 17.44V, hysteresis is 1.3V. Scaling factor is 0.09/1.19.

For this question: "In the datasheet, the diagram shows 90mV. But in the paragraph, there is 1V for UVLO (15V) and 2V or OVP (33V)."
This is valid for the case where UVLO and OVP pin are connected to RTN to enable the internal UVLO and OVP thresholds (fixed in factory, not changeable).
