I would like to know how to control RAMP pin to achieve different modes and the benefits of each modes?

Hi Red,

Thanks for your interest in UCC3895. This application note covers the advantages and disadvantages of voltage mode control and current mode control: www.ti.com/.../slua119.pdf

In voltage mode, connect the RAMP pin to CT. For peak current mode control, the RAMP pin needs to sense current information through a sense resistor or current sense transformer.
