Does TI has any reference design for

Vin = 12Vdc

Vout = 250Vdc

Power output: 20W

Prefer DC2DC regulator, isolated soluton, hopefully can support upto +125 degC.

End application: Building Lighting

Thanks for your interest in TI. I think a flyback would work well for the power range you are interested in. Take a look at LM5020 PWM controller. It is rated up to 125C junction temperature and might be a good fit for you: www.ti.com/.../snvs275f.pdf.

hi Ben,

But the LM5020 PWM controller is rated at Vin min=13V, end cust need Vin=12 Vin.

Hi Poh Kok Keng,

Take a look at LM5022. Its internal startup regulator works down to 6V. You can use this PWM controller in a flyback configuration: www.ti.com/.../lm5022.pdf
