TPS53014: External MOSFET selection

We got a question from the customer about TPS53014.
Could you help us?

What is the maximum Qg the IC can drive a gate of MOSFET? They are concerned the large Qg will occur a big loss of MOSFET. So they want to make sure how to select the external MOSFET.

    IVREG5 Output current VIN = 5.5V, VVREG5 = 4.0V, TA = 25°C 120 mA

    Assuming a 25% worst case IVREG5=90mA

    For 500kHz switching frequency

    Igate = Qgtotal*FSW

     

    90mA=Qg*500kHz

    Qg= 90mA/500kHz

    Qg max = 180nC

     

    So as you can see lot of room on the Qg front. The customer would need to pick a fet keeping efficiency in consideration.

    If you let me know what fets they are considering and the specs of the design can give feedback on the efficiency difference.
