Hi,

I'm looking for a boost converter like the TPS61099 but with a lower shutdown current like 0.5nA instead of 0.5uA.

The current in the application will be around 50 to 350uA, therefore a low Iq and a high efficiency is needed.

Can you please support me with this?

it's hard to find such part.

even though the typical value can be ~1nA shutdown current for some parts, taking the process variantion and temperature into account, this value can still be more than 100nA.

We have a part in roadmap, but not KO. So currently TPS61099, TPS61098 or TPS61291 are the only devices with ultra low Iq. Can you share me the application details, we can think about how to do to make cost and performance balanced.
