TPS51200: TPS51200 S3 mode

Hi Sir:

      I  want to know how to use S3 mode. And For DDR it must be used this mode? but i can not get the single SLP_S3. The DDR do not have this pin out_put. And TPS51200 have not provide this PIN.

    Hello, 

    TPS51200 EN pin can be connected to DDR SLP_S3 pin. 

    If DDR does not have SLP_S3 pinout, just connect other signal to TPS51200 EN pin to turn on and off VTT voltage.

    REFOUT(VREF) is on when REFIN is above 0.39V, whether EN is low or high.
