As this is a mid-Vin device, we would recommend other devices if you have 3Vin or 5Vin. What is your Vin, Vout, and Iout needed?

Figure 3 shows the temperature variation of the Rdson. This accounts for about half of the increase. The other half comes from other factors, such as process variation, etc.

At lower Vins, we can assume a similar increase % based on the typical value increase shown. This would then be 225 mOhm for the max value at 3Vin.
