    Unfortunately, a TPS62230 1.6V option is not planned.  Texas Instruments has several other ICs that will meet the same basic Vin/Vout/Iout requirements.  TI's Power Quick Search tool can be accessed by going to www.ti.com and clicking on "Power Management"   This tool will provide you with a list of existing ICs that meet these requirements.  Note that the search tool initiall provides only two results.  Click on "Show All Results" to see the full list.
