I am looking into the transfer function for the TPS55340 and am using the Excel Boost Calc Tool (SLVC430C). I am looking 'behind the scenes' (i.e. unprotected the Excel worksheet) and came across a factor 1.947 in the transfer function (specifically column AF, Tpw(f)). This factor seems to be associated with the slope compensation, and based on the Functional Block Diagram in the TPS55340 datasheet, I was wondering if it is a linear scaling factor at the summing node between the 'Lossless Current Sense' and the 'Ramp Generator' block.
Do you have any idea where this 1.947 comes from?
