TPS22933: Searching for a power mux + LDO in one package with >300mA output current

I am looking for an IC capable multiplexing two power inputs with a voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V(or greater) and using an internal LDO to produce a 3.3V - 3.6V output and a maximum output current > 300mA (peak).

The TI TPS22933 provides this functionality but the maximum output current is 50mA.

    Welcome to E2E! Thank you for the question.

    Unfortunately, many of our Power Mux devices do not contain an internal LDO to produce your required 3.3V output. However, an external LDO would produce similar results. 

    Can you tell me a little more about the system? Are both input rails operating from 2.5V - 5.5V? What is your expected load current? Do you require manual switchover between the rails or automatic switchover between the rails?

    I recommend you take a look at the TPS2113A and TPS2115A. The TPS2113A is useful for manual switching configurations, while the TPS2115A is a good solution for automatic switchover. These devices can support current around 1.5A - 2A, depending on the device.
