CTMR plan use UCC25630x design for Vin 14~40 to 12V 350W model ? any suggest ?

    Thanks for your interest in UCC25630x. LLC will work fine at this power level and input range. The ZVS advantage is a little less with lower input voltage but its still there. You will likely need synchronous rectification to handle the higher output current. I would take a look at UCC256304 LLC controller + UCC24612 SR driver. The UCC25630x calculator will help you select appropriate components for the power stage:

  • Hi James,

    The power stage values will depend on your desired resonant frequency. For the resonant cap, a 33uF capacitor should work fine. You could use 560nH for the resonant inductance (the recommended value may change when you update the row for actual total value of resonant cap used).
