Compiler/TPS55386: WE design a pcb with the tps55386,we need the volatge 5V 3A and 3.3V 3A .

WE DESIGN A PCB with the TPS55386, the PCB and sch are in the  attachment.we find that the circuit do not work when we test the circuit,the sw pin not out the voltage,could you give me a guide ?   thank  you
