BQ28Z610: Having trouble getting it to charge the battery.

Hi, 

I'm having a tough time getting the fuel gauge to charge the battery. I've gone through and entered the settings in bq studio and my eval board seems to be happy enough to charge the battery, but when it comes to using it on my own board it just flags some errors, i can't seem to nail down what It might be. The errors I'm getting are FD, TDA, SOV, OTA, CUV, AOLD.

    Is this a custom board or the EVM? _________

    Battery Stack/Application Information:
    - Configuration: __S__P
    - Max Load: ________ mA
    - Nominal Load : ________ mA
    - Normal Operating Temperature: _______ degC
    - Operational Temperature Range: ______ degC through _____ degC
    - External Thermistor on Pack: Y / N
    - Pack side or System side Gauge: Pack / System

    Also, please include your gg.csv file as well as a log file of the charging process.
