TPS54561: output "saw tooth" oscillation at light loads

Part Number: TPS54561

Hello,

I have a design almost identical to figure 46 in the part's datasheet, 12V input, 5V output. It works down to an output current of about 50mA. Below that, first the output voltage starts rising (7.1V @ 21mA, 10.1V @ 18mA). With even lower load currents / disconnected load the following pattern appears at the output:

Here's a closer view of the rising edge (purple is SW output):

There is plenty of capacitance at both input and output.

What could cause these large overshoots?

Thanks in advance!
