We are experiencing communication issues with a batch of bg24773EVM boards. We have the boards connected per Figures 1, 2, and 3 of the User's Guide. We are able to power on and verify voltage readings per Section 3.1.3 of the User's Guide, but are unable to read the register values per Section 3.1.4 of the User's Guide, when we open the GUI it displays a "Device ACk error". We have verified our test set up with a known good board purchased from Mouser a few months ago.
Do you have any troubleshooting suggestions? There is not much help provided in the User's Guide.
Were there any recent design changes that may be causing this? The boards were built with reference design files provided by TI, including Gerber files, but we may have an incorrect component value. We are wondering specifically if we may have the wrong I2C clock frequency?
