Could TPS23861 set to Manual Mode while power on, or it have to run in Auto mode then I can set to Manual Mode?

Yes, you can set the chip to manual mode after power on or in auto mode.

Hi Jack,

Thank you, so it means PSE will auto power on all connected PD at power up, and then I can seet it to manual mode?

How can I do if I don't want to power up PDs at PSE power on?

Hi CT,

When you program the I2C address in register 0x11h, you can set the auto bit to 0. So that next time when you run PSE it will not go into the auto mode and you can use I2C to program it as you want.
