TPS61221: TPS61221 drawing large current while not connecting to any load.

Hi there,

I designed a PCB board for TPS61221 according to the datasheet.

It successfully delivery 3.3V at Vout.

The circuit is as below.

However, I found that while no load at the output. The I in (input current) is about 6 mA.

It does not match with the datasheet. In my case,

It would be around 10uA.

Please Could anyone please tell me why.

    yes. there is an unknown issue in your circuit. it may be caused the schematic, BOM, PCB or the solder issue.
    you can share these information, i can help to check.
    and i would suggest you can apply an EVM for reference.
