For UCD90120A, I see that f(PCLK) between Ta=25 to Ta=125C ranges +/-4% (240 to 260MHz).

Does the UCD90120A have a specification on the accuracy of time delays over full operating temperature -40 to 125C?

For example, if a delay of 50ms is specified, how might this vary from device to device or over operating temperature?

Furthermore, is there a clear temperature dependence? For example, at cold temperatures the clock tends to run faster or slower which results in delays being skewed long/short?

It is about +/- 4% cross the temperature range. I will check whether there is more data about this.

is 4% over your tolerance?

4% should be acceptable; I am debugging an issue at cold extreme and trying to determine if perhaps I did not give enough margin to timing parameters.
