TPS62130A: Power supply dips for less than 1 microsecond which causes GSM module & Micro-controller latch

Part Number: TPS62130A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS82130

Dear Sir,

I am using TPS62130A for powering a LTE GSM module with input as 12V DC and output as 4V. I am also using LP2950-3 for powering my microcontroller with input 4V.

I was facing an issue of micro-controller latch-up frequently, I monitored my 4V supply and found that the supply dips for less than 2 microseconds when gsm module draws current for pushing data on web and other network work loads.

I am using three 22uF caps and 1 100uF cap after inductor , I have tried with bigger values also but I was not able to succeed. Schematic is attached.8420.schematic.pdf

Please suggest a solution.
