The formula for total power dissipation is right.
The capacitor is just for decoupling noise and transient.

Customer has additional questions.
1. Please let us know your recommend CS capacitor value.
2.Please let us know what purpose of series resister between MCU and CS pin.
3. CS output Max6.5V at fault conditon.Their MCU is 3.3V part.
So they consider to add attached circuit between MCU and CS.
Which circuit is you reccoemnd ?

(2)R2,R3
Hello,
The RC between CS pin and MCU is low pass filter for noise and transient decoupling. I suggest few micro-seconds of RC time constant. Both configurations are OK but with R2, R3 the calculation is more simple.
