LMR14020-Q1: minimum value bootstrap capacitor

Dear Team,

what is the minimum value needed for the bootstrap cap when operating the LMR14020-Q1 in the range of 1MHz to 1,5MHz? We would plan to double that value to be on the save side for 20years lifetime. Is this a correct assumption in this case?

Hello Lutz,

I suggest you to use 0.1uF cap. if the bootstrap cap is too small, IC maybe trigger boost UV.

0.1uF ~0.47uF is ok.
