Can I place three capacitors of 10uF and one buck of 47uF all in parallel to make sure the heavy load responses?

Could this cause a problem?

What do you mean by one 'buck' capacitor?

If you mean you want to place 77uF of capacitance on the VSYS output, that is fine. It should not affect the converter operation.

Yes, that is what I meant. 77uF total capacitance.
By "buck" capacitor I mean, just one more larger.

Indeed, it is not affect the operation of the converter. I asked just to be sure.
