Hi Youhao,

Attachment is the datasheet of MOS and Diode customer selects.

For Diode, the peak power consumption would be more than 10W.

Do you have any suggestion for this two components selection? Thanks.

10W in the diodes of D2PAK seems excessive. I also did an estimate of the power dissipation in the MOSFETs and it can be >4.5W in a 3x3 package. I am not very comfortable with either one. You need good heatsink for these parts for thermal management.
