TPS61194: TPS61194 Dimmig function not use

Hello,

If no duty cycle dimming is required and only 100% brightness is needed in application then PWM pin can be connected to VDDIO/EN pin directly, or other supply that allows at least 0.8 * VDDIO/EN level. 

All other connections should be same as normal application.
