Are LM25145 / LM5145 able to sink current ?

Hi Nakamura-san,

the LM5145 can sink current. Please make sure SYNCIN pin is tied to logic high so the controller operates in forced PWM mode.

Generally, with the PWM fixed DC/DC Conveters , can Current Sink be possible ?

Hi Nakamura-san,

yes in FPWM mode LM5145 can sink current in order to maintain and regulate the output voltage. The forward current is limited by the OCP feature but the reverse current is not limited by the controller itself.
