BQ24171: BQ24171 Charge Enable / Disable Control by ISET Pin and STAT LED Flashing Issues

Hi Team

I have one question for  Charge Enable / Disable ISET control with STAT signal .

We did test Charge Disable / Enable  by  ISET change Voltage under 40mV( Disable)   or about 120mV (Enable ).

I think charge Enable / Disable control is Ok,  But  STAT pin LED has little time flashing.

This is BQ24171 data sheet Figure 2 Charge Enable by ISET 

[ Question ] 

 a)   STAT signal has  little time Flashing with LED. 

      Is this  Device Spec ?? 

b)  Customer want to  Charge Enable / Disable control  without    STAT LED Flashing .

     Can possible  Charge control  with out  STAT LED Flashing ??   

     or dose we have other way for   Charge Control ?

c)  Please tell us about this STAT Flashing Reason  by ISET  Charge Control ? 

    For instance 

        Starr Charge sequence or  TS temp check or  Deglitch Time ???
