I'm running bq Evaluation Software v0.9.92 and an EV2300 connected via SMbus to a custom PCB based on the bq30z55(my device:550_0_36_3_0034) application circuit. bQ30Z55 (550_0_35_3_033) Where can I find the latest firmware for the bq30z55? I didn't see any links to it on the device web page.

Hi Maksim,
bq30z55 is a custom device, made available to a few customers only, hence the bq30z55 is not released on TI.com. Please use one of our catalog parts for your application.

Maksim,
bq30z55 is a custom device which has been released to a handful of customers.
If you’re not working for a company authorized to order bq30z55, you will have to reach the OEM for which this device was created.

Hi Maksim,
As mentioned earlier, bq30z55 is a custom device. The information about bq30z55 (that includes FW, tools) is only divulged under NDA. If your company does not have an NDA in place for this device, there is a legal jeopardy involved and you should discard all information you have about this device.
If your project requires a device similar to bq30z55, I suggest you look at bq30z554-R1 (catalog device) on ti.com. If your project has more flexibility, I recommend you look at bq40z50-R2 (catalog device, much more recent, more features).
