LM3488 is possible designing up to 75A?

Its not about the current, but rather about the power level. What is your max power (Vo @ 75V)? If you are talking about a few hundred watts, you'd better look at the LM5122 or even the LM5170. Those devices have much stronger gate drivers to handle more power.

In equation (24), Vo is the output voltage and Vi the input voltage.

This is >1kW. You need to consider the LM5170 in boost mode.
