The below is from package mechanical data from the LM76003 datasheet(SNVSAK0, P48).
I need TYP value of (1) an MIN value of (2). Could anybody help?

Dimension "1" height is a minimum call out, not a typical per GDT definitions. The control is to be greater than or = to 100 um but never lower. No typical value can be used here since it is a controlled minimum.
Dimension 2 is a Typical dimension, meaning it is uncontrolled and has no upper or lower limit and typically is 50 um. You can tell it is a Typical dimension (as defined by GDT drafting rules0 because it is in parenthesis (you cut that off).
Geometric Dimension & Tolerance, basically means drawing rules/drafting conventions.
