LM25141: About default switching frequency of WEBENCH

Hi Team,

We would like to simulate LM25141 at the following conditions.

However, we can’t simulate and the following screens are displayed.

[Conditions]

-VIN=4.5V(min) to 20V(max)

-VOUT=3.8V

-IOUT=3.0A

-Fsw=440kHz

I guess that the minimum OFF time is not appropriate if the default switching frequency of WEBENCH is 2.2MHz.

-According to datasheet, minimum OFF time is 100ns(max)

-According to this conditions, minimum OFF time is around 68.1ns

Is my understanding correct?

If yes, could you please improve the default switching frequency of WEBNECH?
