EV2300 not able to recognize BQ40320 cannot program

 have a smart battery that I am trying to qualify for one of my clients and it uses the BQ40320 

I need to access the battery using the EV2300 module to change the E4 charging parameter to Long Life Mode (LLM).

Is there a software patch or update that allows the BqStudio to recognize the BQ40320 gas gauge?

    Hi Maksim,
    bq40320 is a custom device. The information about bq40320 (that includes FW, tools) is only divulged under NDA. If your company does not have an NDA in place for this device, there is a legal jeopardy involved and you should discard all information you have about this device.

    If your project requires a device similar to bq40320, I suggest you look at bq40z50-R2 (catalog device, much more recent, more features).
