How does OTP works in this controller? Does it required external circuitry to be connected to the controller and if that should be the case, where should it be connected?

Hi Carlo,

Thanks for your interest in UCC256301. UCC256301 has an internal overtemperature sensor and requires no external circuitry to implement. The overtemperature trip point and hsyteresis are also fixed.
