LM5020: Over current protection issue

Part Number: LM5020

Hello,

We are currently designing input DC 28V / Output DC (12V / 2.2A) with LM5020 from customer.

There is a problem related to the over current that occurs now.

The following is a phenomenon that occurs when the secondary side is short-circuited.

As shown in the figure, the output voltage drops slightly and the output current rises to 9A when the secondary side is shorted.

Should I check which part of the circuit?
