Please tell me the internal current ISS for charging the SS capacitor of TPS54620.
What is the min / max of Iss?
Also, I think slow start time can be obtained by the following formula, but how long is the minimum time?

Only the typical current is specified. I may be able to get you a not guaranteed estimate of the minimum current later today. I'll let you know.

From the characterization data, the 6 sigma limits are min = 1.667 uA, max = 2.77 uA. The data did not look to be particularly Gaussian, so the actual variance may be tighter. In any case, this not guaranteed, only an estimate.
