BQ27542-G1: after the learning cycle Qmax cell 0 is not updated

We did a learning cycle, but Qmax cell 0 is not updated.

What could be the possible reasons?

Hi Valery,

What is your update status at? Did you program the correct chem id for your cells? Did you follow the learning cylce procedure as per this documentation?

1. "Update Status" is "04"

2. chem id wasn't changed by us, so it's default.We couldn't find the appropriate manufacturer

from the list. We have a Li-Pol battery.

3. Can you check our log file attached in the initial message? Are there any anomalies there

or a clue why Qmax cell 0 is not updated?

Hi,

The problem is obvious. You used the default chem id which is likely not a match for your cell hence update status staying as 04. You need to correctly identify your chem id and redo your learning cycle following the pdf i sent you.
