BQ34Z100-G1: why update status not change to 6

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

As advise by the slua334b.pdf,let the lion bat relax for 5 hours,now it over 6 hours,but the update status not change to 6,please help me,what's problem now?

here is my learning step:

1:charge full(2A current charge)

2:wait 2 hours

3:discharge to 6.4V(1A current discharge,The actual application current is 0.8A)

4:relax 5 hours
