Hello,

I have to create a soft which allows to load a file *.srec in a fuel gauge BQ34Z100-G1. I have access has the capacity since the outside of the system that via a microcontroller.

How is coded the *.srec file?

What is the procedure to schedule the file *.srec in the gauge?

    Hi Micou,

    After configuring your gauge, please select the 'Golden Image' Tab. On this tab, you are able to export the data in the form and an SREC, BQFS and DFFS file.

    If the firmware does not need to be modified, please use the DFFS (FlashStream File Format) to program the device. This format will allow you to save time in production by only programming the changes in data flash to the gauge, and not reprogramming the instruction flash.
