How much is the typical dimensions of thermal pad? They need the dimensions including a projection. Please refer to below figure.

Thank you for your question.
The snapshot that you attached shows the correct dimensions. The thermal pad is typically 3.6873±0.2727 x 3.6873±0.2727 (in mm). Please refer to the dimension graph.
What kind of projection do you mean? I will check the topic with our product expert, to see if he has more insights.

Hi Tateo,

I think the distance you show, is the distance mentioned in the top right corner of your previous picture.
It is 0.05mm. And it is present 8 times around the pad.
