We have a customer who is asking the following:
"We had a customer order one of these parts BQ40Z50EVM-561, Customer wants to know whether they have received the incorrect part. As the TI/Digikey website shows this Demo board with a USB port, and the one they received by the customer doesn't have one. Is there a PCN for this unit that would mention if the USB was removed on it?".
Could someone please advise?
