TLC5941: How to control TLC5941 to let the LED on all time?

Hi team,

My customer is using TLC5941 in their project. And they encounter one problem, they  want the LED on all time by controlling TLC5941. However, they found that they must keep writing data to keep LED on all time, once stopping writing, the LED will turn off.

So they wander if there is something wrong with their configuration or the TLC5941 must keep writing to let LED on?
