Hi,

   Please let me Know, how to validate the maximum switching limit of this IC?

Can i short the output to Ground and measure the current for this test?

    Hello Anuraj,

    nice to "hear" from you. It's not really clear to me at which datasheet parameter you are referring to, but I will try to guess:

    if you mean, the HIGH side current limit, you have to be able to measure the inductor current. While measuring this, you will increase the load current unitl you will see the voltage slightly dropping: that means the current limit that is acting. So at that point the peak inductor current measured will be  your current limit.
