Hi there 

  is there any TI device similar to TLV62565 ,  but the Iq of which will be smaller than 30 uA .?

My requirement would be : Vin = 5.5V  Vout = 1.2A Vout 3.3V   SOT 23-5  , >90% Efficiency ,   Iq  < 30 uA

    thanks for inquiring us on E2E, I'll be happy to support you!

    If you really need the SOT package type, I would suggest you the TLV62569DBV (SOT23-5). This device is the next generations of the TLV62565 and has typical Iq=35uA,which is very close to your spec. If you also would need a PowerGood function you could go for theTLV62569PDDC (SOT23-6 ).

    If you need better Iq performances, you need to let go your package specification, therefore going for TLV62084A (2x2 mm WSON, Iq=30uA) or TLV62150 (3x3 mm VQFNm, Iq=19uA).
