Hi,

1) Does bq77PL157A4225 has a discharging option for overcharged cells individually? Or will it only show a fault state?

2) Can I use bq77PL157A4225 for cell balancing (6 cell LiPo battery) while the battery is charging?

    Hi Jishnu,
    1. The bq77PL157 does not intentionally discharge overcharged cells. Current may increase slightly during fault, but you should consider it only indicates the fault.
    2. No, the bq77PL157 does not include cell balancing.
