TPS5432: TPS5432 output short circuit

Hi TI，

Our customer use TPS5432, there are ten output short circuit in a hundred(10% defect rate). Please help check if there is any problem with the schematic diagram and pcb diagram?

waht's your condition,Vout,Iout?
What's the Isat of the L1?
Whar's the mean of the output short? is the IC broken or just output short to GND and recovery after some seconds?

For the PCB, the wire connect the L1 and R17 is too close to inductor which will introduce some switching noise into the FB. And this may cause unstable.

Thanks for your reply.
1. Condition: vin = 5V, Vout = 4V, Iout = 0.2A;
2. Iset = 3.3A;
3. The IC Unable to return to normal, irremediable defect. Thanks.
