TPS61081: As LED Backlight drive

Please let me know, how this IC can be used as LED backlight driver?

I am not finding any equation in the datasheet to limit the output current.How will be the resistor value from FB to ground determined?

Could you please share the Vin, Vo, ILED to us so that we can recommed a right solution to you?

Vin=3.3V
Vout=10V and 12 V
ILED=160mA
